Bauer began his entertainment career in 1985 with a win at a state-wide talent contest in Minnesota. He took 1st place in a field over 800 contestants, and in 1986, was asked to perform nightly at the fair with a 40 piece orchestra. He has had his original songs played on over 300 country music stations all across Europe, has performed on Charlie Daniels Talent Roundup on TNN and with Country Music stars including Leann Rimes, David Frizzell, Vince Gill, Jim Ed Brown and Toby Keith. AXS TV choose him as one of their "World's Greatest Tribute Bands."

After playing with Bauer, W.S. Holland, Johnny Cash's one-and-only drummer summed it up best, "It was spooky. He is the best I have ever seen."

Single-day tickets to the festival have just been released for $55. Two-day and VIP passes may also still be purchased on the site and children under 12 receive free admittance.

And don't fret about getting fed - Cover Rock also just confirmed their food trucks for the event -- Rocky Mountain Taco, Little Pink Food Truck (gourmet soups, salads and sandwiches), and BuzzThru. In addition to delicious fare, concert goers will also have access to "The Wandering Mad Man" human karaoke machine, outdoor games and a chance photo opportunities with VW Micro buses to commemorate your experience at the festival. Parents will also be happy to find a kid's lunar landing zone commemorating the 1969 moon landing to entertain children.
